One on one assessment and treatment
With 15 years of experience, I am combining different style of Yoga with proof base medicine in order to offer a holistic approach to health.
Scoliosis, back and shoulder pain, chronic pain, nervous system and immune system disorders, emotional imbalance or rebuilding perceptions and believes, my knowledge of yoga therapy can support the healing of many imbalances.
From beginners, injuries recovery or advance practitioners, everyone can highly benefit from my experience.
One on One assessment and treatment : 2500 baths for 2 hours
Drop in classes in my center ( max 6 students): 300 baths for 2 hours

One on One session
Highly personalized program, I am combining the tools of mindfulness, boxing, restorative yoga and massage to take my patient in a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance.
From fear of expression, lack of self-confidence or anger management, I am holding my treatment into a very safe containers where all emotions are welcome to be seen, transformed and integrated with care, time and softness.

Integrated Playfight Workshops

Playfight is a multi-dimensional practice, where body have a good work out while training new ways of movements intelligence, the mind evolve its social social skills and where emotions can be express with playfulness and mindfulness.
5 pillars of practice
- Physical: developing kinaesthetic intelligence. Strength, mobility, agility and non verbal communication
- Social development: partner work, see and being seen, physical contact, space management
- Emotional expression and exploration: softness, care, fight, playfulness
- Improvisation: ability to use different tools to bodily answer to communicate to respond with ease and playfulness in any situation
- Mindfulness: self-reflection, boundaries, emotional and mental witness.
